Hazem Habashi
Co-Founder
An architectural engineer with over 30 years of practice, Hazem has gained expertise in business development, engineering management, construction management, and architectural design. A selected collection of Hazem’s notable projects include the Gulf International Bank, Holiday Inn, Radisson blu, Park Inn, Shatea Mall, Amwaj Plaza, Alwadi Village and Jawatha Schools, Eastern Province. Murjan Environmental Facility, Yanbu Riyadh Cement and Maghrabi Hospital, Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. His project involvement ranges across fields of commercial, residential, business, hospitality, educational, industrial, and religious.
He also devotes his skills to community work with associations such as Al-Barkah, Osarya and Hedaya Charities. Hazem is also co-founder of REALISTA, operating in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Islam Al-Kabbny
Co-Founder
An experienced practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in all types of architectural fields such as Residential, Corporate, Commercial, Entertainment, Hospitality and Industrial. Over 12 years of experience in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Islam’s main goal is to meet the unique requirements of the clients, build their dream home, create innovative working spaces.
He has a great experience in real estate development, managing the construction processes and coordinating different activities to innovate and convert the ideas to reality. With high capability to design spaces that perform harmonious balance between indoor/outdoor spaces and all surroundings to natural environments to enhance life style for all kind of users.
